Ingredients for Pal Khova Recipe

  • Milk 2 litres

  • Thick yogurt 2 tablespoons

  • Sugar Free Natura Sweet Drops 20

  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup

  • Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Boil milk in a non-stick pan. Add yogurt and mix well. When the milk starts to curdle, add Sugar Free Natura Sweet Drops, cream and stir continuously till the mixture thickens.

Step 2

Add cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat, transfer into a bowl and cool to room temperature.

Step 3

Transfer in individual serving bowls and serve immediately.
