Mix well to make a soft dough. Divide into 10 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and stuff each with mozzarella cheese. Roll into balls again. Soak the bread in milk for half a minute and squeeze the excess milk and place the mixed vegetable ball in the center and wrap the edges of the bread to make a perfect ball. Similarly make the other rolls. Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the rolls till golden and crisp.
