By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Aug 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green Peas, Mushrooms Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Mutter Mushroom 1 cup Green Peas 1 cup Mushrooms halved 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 Green chilli finely chopped 3 medium Onion grated 3 medium Tomato grated 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 tablespoons Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and saute for a minute. Add onions and saute till brown in colour. Add tomato puree and cook till the tomatoes gets cooked. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder. Add green peas and mushrooms and one cup water and pressure cook it for three whistles.
