Ingredients list for Multigrain Discs

  • 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour (atta)
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Millet flour (bajre ka atta)
  • 2 tablespoons Soya flour
  • 1 medium Carrot grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons Oil

Method

  1. Mix whole wheat flour, oats, bajra flour, ragi flour, soya flour, carrot, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.
  2. Add one and a half cups of water and whisk well to make a smooth semi thick batter.
  3. Set aside to rest for half an hour.
  4. Heat a non-stick tawa and smear little oil on top, pour a ladleful of the batter and spread to a thick six inch diameter disc.
  5. Cook, turning sides, till both sides till equally golden.Serve hot.
