Moroccan Spiced Grilled Chicken

Boneless chicken breasts marinated in Moroccan masala and pan grilled.Rubbing the chicken with an aromatic paste before grilling adds a wonderful flavor to this dish. Ingredients list for Moroccan Spiced Grilled Chicken

  • 400 grams Chicken boneless
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
  • 6-8 Garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1/2 cup Thick yogurt
  • for drizz Olive oil

Method

  1. Grind together coriander leaves, parsley, garlic, paprika, cumin powder, salt, crushed peppercorns and yogurt to a smooth mixture.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add chicken breasts, mix well and set aside to marinate for four to five hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat a non-stick grill pan, drizzle some olive oil, add the marinated chicken breasts and cook on medium heat for eight to ten minutes on each side.
  4. Serve hot along with your choice of salad.
