By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rice, Yogurt Cuisine Karnataka Course Rice Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mor Koolu 1 1/2 cups Rice soaked to taste Yogurt 3 cups Yogurt whisked 2 Green chillies chopped 1 medium Onion chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 Dried red chilli broken 8-10 Curry leaves Method Cook rice in three cups of water until the rice is cooked and water is absorbed. Allow the rice to cool a little bit. Add salt, yogurt, green chillies, onion and coriander leaves and mix well. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add red chilli and curry leaves. Sauté for few seconds and add this to the rice. Mix well and serve.
