Ingredients for Mojito Recipe

  • Orange 2 medium

  • Lemon 1

  • Brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh mint leaves 8-10

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Orange juice 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Peel oranges and separate the segments. Cut lemon into small pieces and discard seeds.Place some orange segments into individual tall glasses.

Step 2

Add brown sugar, lemon pieces and mint leaves. Muddle ingredients with a muddler. Add lots of ice cubes and orange juice. Mix with a spoon. Insert a straw and serve chilled.
