This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Almonds, Cashewnuts Cuisine Indian Course Rice Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mixed Nuts Pulao 8-10 Almonds 8-10 Cashewnuts 8-10 Walnuts 3 cups Basmati rice cooked 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 6-8 Cloves 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds 1/4 cup Flax seeds 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (kale til) 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 6-8 Curry leaves 2 medium Onions sliced 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 1/4 cup Green peas as required Aloo salli as required Bikaneri sev Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, cloves, mustard seeds, white sesame seeds, flax seeds, fenugreek seeds, black sesame seeds, almonds, cashewnuts and walnuts and toss to mix. Add green chillies and curry leaves and sauté for a minute. Add onion and sauté for a minute. Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, crushed peppercorns, salt and green peas, mix and cook for a minute. Add India Gate Basmati Rice, mix and cook for a minute. Serve hot garnished with aloo salli and sev.
