  1. Heat the sizzler plate. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Put lamb chops in a bowl, add sea salt, a little crushed black peppercorns, garlic paste, ginger paste, Worcestershire sauce and mix and let them marinate for ½ hour. Add a rosemary sprig and mix.
  3. Cut pumpkin into even long slices. Grease a baking tray and place them on it in the centre.
  4. Place the lamb chops over them, drizzle the remaining marinade over the chops. Place half the potato wedges on the tray and sprinkle a little salt over them.
  5. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, then reduce temperature to 180°C and cookfor 10 minutes. Brush a little olive oil on the mutton chops and potatoes kept in the tray in the oven and cook for some more time or till the mutton is cooked.
  6. Make some slashes on the chicken breast. Crush fresh red chillies, garlic cloves and salt and spread the mixture over the chicken breast on all sides.
  7. Heat 2 tbsps in a non stick pan, place the chicken breast in it, cover and cook, turning sides, till done. Add a little water and continue to cook.
  8. Sprinkle remaining rosemary, salt and pepper powder over the remaining potato wedges and drizzle a little olive oil. Brush the basket in the air fryer with a little oil, place the potato wedges on it and cook at 200°C for 6-7 minutes.
  9. Add sausages to the pan in which chicken is cooking and continue to cook.
  10. Heat 1 tbsp oil in another non stick pan. Break an egg into the pan to make fried egg.
  11. Cut sausages diagonally and put them back into the pan. Remove the potato wedges from the air fryer.
  12. Keep the hot sizzler plate over the wooden base. Shred cabbage and spread on the sizzler plate.
  13. Remove the tray from the oven. Place the mutton chops on the cabbage, place the pumpkin slices on one side. Place the chicken breast, sausages, baked potatoes, air fried potatoes over the plate and place the fried egg over them.
  14. Drizzle butter all around and serve immediately.
