By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bengal Gram, Wholewheat Flour Cuisine Gujarati Course Breads Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Masaledar Besan Ki Roti 1 cup Bengal Gram 1/2 cup Wholewheat Flour 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin powder 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 3/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur) 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil 4 tablespoons Ghee Method Advertisment Mix together all the ingredients together except ghee and add enough water to knead into a soft dough. Divide into 6 parts. Roll out each part into a chappati, fold into half and again into half to make a triangle. Roll out again to make a triangular roti. Heat a tava and fry each roti with a little ghee till both sides are well done. Apply a little ghee and crush with your hands. Serve hot.
