Ingredients list for Macaroni Pakoda

  • 1 cup Macaroni boiled
  • 1/2 cup Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cornflour/ corn starch
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together macaroni, cheese, salt, white pepper powder and cornflour.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them like small balls.
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls till crisp.
  4. Drain and remove on absorbent paper.
  5. Serve hot with tea.
