Ingredients list for Jamun Yogurt Slush

  • 15-20 Jamuns seeded and lightly mashed
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • as required Ice cubes
  • For topping Honey
  • to sprinkle Almonds chopped
  • to sprinkle Pistachios chopped

Method

  1. Put jamuns in individual serving wine glasses upto¼ full.
  2. Blend together yogurt, vanilla essence, lemon juice and powdered sugar to a smooth mixture. Add some ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture on top of jamuns. Drizzle some honey and sprinkle some chopped almonds and pistachios on top.
  4. Serve immediately.
