Combine salt and refined flour in a bowl. Add dissolved yeast mixture and knead into a soft dough using olive oil and sufficient water. Remove the dough from the maker and set aside for 2-3 hours. Dust the worktop with little flour and spread the dough with your fingers. Roll out into a large thin disc dusting with flour. Spread tomato sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Place mixed bell peppers, onion, mushrooms and olives on top. Dust a pizza pale with little flour and slide the pizza onto it. Slide the pizza into a brick pizza oven and bake for 6-7 minutes.
