By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Eggs, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Hearty Egg Bites 2 Eggs hardboiled 1 tablespo for shallow frying Oil 1 small Onion finely chopped 1 medium Carrot peeled and grated 7-8 French beans stringed and finely chopped to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch ½ cup Bread crumbs Method Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, carrot, French beans, salt and crushed peppercorns and sauté on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Transfer in a bowl. Grate in eggs; add salt, crushed peppercorns and cornflour and mix. Add breadcrumbs and mix till well combined. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round tikkis. Heat some oil in a non-stick tawa.Shallow-fry each tikki from both sides till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
