This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Jaggery (gur), Milk Cuisine American Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Gur Pudhey With Ice Cream 1 cup Jaggery (gur) grated 1/2 cup Milk 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon powder 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour (atta) a pinch Baking soda to cook Ghee as required Vanilla ice cream 1 tablespoon Almonds chopped 1 tablespoon Pistachios chopped Method Heat milk in a non stick pan, add jaggery and cinnamon powder and heat lightly. Mix flour and soda and sieve. Add milk mixture to the flour and mix well to make a smooth batter. Heat ghee in another non stick pan, pour a ladle of batter and swirl the pan to spread evenly. Drizzle a little ghee all around and cook, turning sides, till cooked evenly on both sides. Transfer the pancakes onto serving plates, put some ice-cream over them.
