Slice onions and add and sauté for 1 minute. Add bay leaf, black peppercorns and mix. Quarter button mushrooms and add and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Slice the guchchi and add. Drain and add rice and mix. Add vegetable stock, milk and salt and mix well. Cook till rice is done. Serve hot.
