Ground nuts chutney By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Groundnuts, Dried mango powder (amchur) Cuisine Fusion Course Pickle Jams Chutneys Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Medium Others Veg Ingredients list for Ground nuts chutney 1 cup Groundnuts roasted 2 teaspoons Dried mango powder (amchur) 4 Dried red chillies to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida 2 teaspoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds Curry leaves 1 sprig 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder Method Take groundnuts, salt, dried mango powder, some of the dried red chillies and water as required in a grinding jar and grind to a smooth paste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, remaining dried red chillies and curry leaves. Add red chilli powder and ground mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
