By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Tortillas Cuisine Mexican Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Grilled Chicken Burrito 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into cubes 4 Tortillas readymade chapattis 1 tablespo + for greasing Olive oil 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 medium Tomato chopped to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns as required Processed cheese to serve Tomato ketchup Method Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add chilli powder, mix and sauté for 30 seconds. Add chicken, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato, mix and cook till chicken is done. Add salt and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for 1 minute. Transfer in a bowl. Preheat an electric griller. Place each tortilla on the worktop and grate some cheese on top. Put some cooked chicken mixture on top and wrap it. Grease the griller with some olive oil. Place the rolls and grill till golden on both sides.
