Ingredients for Green Garlic Soup Recipe

  • Green garlic 3/4 cup

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Milk 2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder a pinch

Method

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add green garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Step 2

Add one cup water and bring it to boil. Add milk and bring it to boil and then stir it well.

Step 3

Remove the pan from heat. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.

Step 4

Serve hot.
