Ingredients for Green Garlic Chatni

  • Green garlic 1 bunch

  • coriander leaves 1 bunch

  • Red chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Blend together green garlic, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt and sufficient quantity water and make a thick paste.

Step 2

Serve with roti or bhakaris.
