Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kababs. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the kababs on it and shallow-fry till evenly done and golden from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot garnished with coriander sprigs and lemon wedge.
