Ghati Palak Recipe - how to make Ghati Palak

Cook time : 16-20 minutes

  • Split pigeon pea (toor dal/arhar dal) 3 teaspoons

  • Raw peanuts 15-20

  • Spinach chopped 2 bunch

  • Oil 2 teaspoons

  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Preesure cook split pigeon pea, peanuts and spinach with two cups water till three whistles.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non stick pan add garlic paste, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and salt and saute for a minute.

Step 3

Add the cooked dal mixture and cook for five minutes.

Step 4

Serve hot with rice.
