Fresh Pasta Dough

Ingredients list for Fresh Pasta Dough

  • 300 grams Refined flour (maida)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 Eggs

Method

  1. Combine flour, salt, olive oil and 3 eggs in a bowl, mix and knead into a dough.
  2. Separate remaining egg yolk from egg whites, add yolk to the dough and knead into a stiff dough. Transfer into a bowl, cover with a cling film and set aside for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Use as required.
