By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fresh Figs, Almonds Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Fig And Almond Salad 6 Fresh Figs diced 1/4 cup Almonds blanched, peeled and slivered 1 medium Cucumber peeled and diced 1 medium Apple diced 4 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves chopped 2-3 Lettuce leaves hand torn 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Sugar to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns 2 drops Almond essence Method Mix together figs, almonds, cucumber, apple, mint leaves and lettuce in a bowl. Refrigerate for one hour. Mix together lemon juice, sugar, salt, crushed peppercorns and almond essence in another bowl. Refrigerate for thirty minutes. Pour the dressing over the chilled fruits and toss well. Serve chilled.
