Ingredients list for Falooda

  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1/2 packet Falooda soaked
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Subza soaked
  • 2 tablespoons Rose syrup
  • 10-12 Cashewnuts chopped
  • 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. Heat the milk with the sugar and bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. Place in a refrigerator to chill.
  2. Add the soaked subza to the milk, stir and chill it in the refrigerator.
  3. Pour half a tablespoon of rose syrup into four wide-mouthed falooda glasses.
  4. Pour the milk into each glass, top with two to three tablespoons of falooda, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkling of chopped cashew nuts. Serve at once.
