By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients Chocolate chips, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Eggless Chocolate Chip Muffins 1/2 cup Chocolate chips 100 grams Refined flour (maida) 60 grams Cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda 200 grams Condensed milk 120 grams Butter 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 150 grams Khoya/mawa 75 millilitres Milk Advertisment Method Preheat oven at 180°C. Sieve together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Cream condensed milk and butter in another bowl. Add vanilla essence, khoya and cream further. Fold in the flour mixture and half the chocolate chips and mix well. Add milk and mix well. Pour batter into silicon muffin moulds and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Place in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat, demould and serve.
