Ingredients list for Dalia Salad

  • 2 cups Broken wheat (dalia/lapsi) cooked
  • 2 medium Tomato chopped
  • 2 medium Onion chopped
  • a few Mint leaves
  • a few Lettuce leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Lemon juice

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together broken wheat, tomatoes, onions, mint leaves, lettuce, olive oil, mustard powder, salt and lemon juice.
  2. Toss well.
  3. Serve cold.
