By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Jul 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cucumber, Red chilli powder Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Cucumber Achaar 2 medium Cucumber peeled and chopped 4 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 2 teaspoon Oil Method In a bowl mix together cucumber and red chilli powder. Mix well and set aside. In a blender; blend together mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds with two teaspoons water. Heat oil in a non stick pan, Add the ground paste and cook for a minute.
