Add chicken stock and milk slowly, stirring continuously, so that no lumps form. Add salt and white pepper powder and cook till sauce is thick and smooth. Transfer into a bowl and set aside to cool. Add ham and mix.Whisk eggs in a bowl. Spread bread crumbs in a plate. Shape ham mixture into small balls, dip in eggs, roll in bread crumbs and shape into smooth croquettes. Dip them in eggs once again and roll in bread crumbs and keep them in a refrigerator till it is time to fry them. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take the croquettes out of the refrigerator and gently slide them into hot oil. Deep fry till golden and crisp.
