Cooked basmati rice

Mix saffron and milk in a bowl, keep it in microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Slice almonds and chop pistachios.
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add green cardamoms, cloves, raisins, almonds, pistachios and cashewnuts and sauté till fragrant.
Add sugar and mix well. Add saffron dissolved in milk and khoya and mix well. Add boiled basmati rice and mix it well.
Cover the pan and continue to cook for a few minutes. Serve hot.
