Ingredients list for Coconut chutney

  • 2 cups Coconut, grated
  • 5 Shallot, chopped
  • 1 inch piece Ginger, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind pulp
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 Green chilli

Method

  1. Grind shallots, ginger, tamarind pulp, salt and green chillies into a fine paste.
  2. Add grated coconut and grind again for one minute. Serve with rice and yogurt.
