This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Jul 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chocolate Chips, Refined Flour Cuisine Indian Course Breads Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Chocolate Chip Parantha as required Chocolate Chips 2 cups + for dusting Refined Flour 2 tablespoons Semolina (suji) 1 tbsp + for cooking Ghee as required Sugar 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder as required Chocolate sauce Method Advertisment Mix together refined flour, semolina, 1 tbsp ghee and water as required and knead into a dough. Heat a non-stick tawa. Divide dough into equal portions and roll into balls. Dust each ball with dry flour and roll into rotis. Spread a little butter on each roti. Sprinkle a little sugar, green cardamom powder and chocolate chips on them. Fold all 4 sides to make a square. Roll further to make a square parantha. Place each parantha on the tawa and cook, flipping sides, till golden on both sides. Apply a little ghee and cook further. Transfer onto a serving plate, drizzle some chocolate sauce and serve.
