Ingredients list for Chilli Corn Rice

  • 3 tablespoon Chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 cup Corn kernels boiled
  • 3 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non stick wok, add cumin seeds, crushed black peppercorns and sauté till fragrant.
  2. Add corn kernels, rice, lemon juice, chilli garlic sauce, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Serve hot
