Add eggs and vanilla essence. Sift together flour, chilli powder and baking soda and gradually fold it in the sugar mixture. Add the chocolate chunks and mix well. Divide in equal portions and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 190 ° C. Bake the cookies for twelve to fifteen minutes.
