This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken Breasts, Taco Shells Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Tikka Tacos 2 Chicken Breasts cut into thin long pieces 8 Taco Shells 2-3 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1 large Onion cut into thin long slices 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder a pinch Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1/2 medium Green capsicum cut into thin long strips Juice of ½ lemon to taste Salt 65 grams Bhuna masala 1 medium Tomato cut into thin long strips 1/2 cup Fresh cream 8 Spinach leaves (palak) Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté till the garlic becomes golden. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add chicken breasts and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and chaat masala and sauté for half a minute. Add capsicum, lemon juice, salt and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add bhuna masala, tomato and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add fresh cream and mix well. Transfer into a bowl and cool the chicken mixture to room temperature. Place 1 spinach leaf at the base of each taco. Place the chicken mixture on the leaf. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve immediately.
