Ingredients list for Chicken Stuffed Chilli

  • 1 cup Chicken mince
  • 10-12 large Green chillies slit and seeded,
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Crushed black peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • + 1 teaspoon Garlic 1 tablespoon

Method

  1. Preheat oven at 180ºC.
  2. Take chicken mince in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, red chilli flakes, onion, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic and thyme leaves and mix well.
  3. Prick chillies with a fork.
  4. Take olive oil in another bowl. Add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add chillies and rub well.
  5. Stuff the chillies with the chicken mixture and place on a baking tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
