By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Nachos Cuisine Mexican, , , , Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Nachos 250 grams Boneless chicken 1 cup Nachos 1½ teaspoons Oil 1 medium Onion 7-8 Garlic cloves chopped 1 medium Green capsicum 1 medium Red bell pepper to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 2 teaspoons Paprika powder ½ cup Fresh cream 2-3 Pickled jalapenos sliced ¾ cup Mozzarella cheese grated Advertisment Method Preheat oven at 200ºC. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Slice onion. Add garlic to the pan and saute for a minute. Cut capsicum into juliennes. Add sliced onion to the pan and toss for a minute. Cut bell pepper into juliennes. Add capsicum and pepper juliennes to the pan and toss to mix. Saute for 2 minutes. Cut chicken breasts into juliennes and add to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and paprika powder and toss to mix. Cook till the chicken is fully done. Add cream and mix well. Switch off heat. Place nachos in a glass baking dish. Top with cooked chicken mixture, jalapeno slices and mozzarella cheese. Put dish in preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts. Serve hot.
