  • Oil
    2 tablespoons
  • Mustard seeds
    1 teaspoon
  • Garlic chopped
    4-5 cloves
  • Curry leaves

  • Roasted chana dal (dalia)

Step 1


Dry roast the poha in a kadai over a medium heat until crisp.Roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cloves and cinnamon. Grind in to a fine powder
