Ingredients list for Chana Chur Garam Nachos

  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
  • large chana chor garam 1-1½ cups
  • 1 Pickled jalapenos finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Cheese sauce
  • as required Processed cheese grated

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Put onion, tomato, jalapeno, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli flakes and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Line an oval glass baking dish with chana chur garam and put onion mixture on top. Pour cheese sauce and cover with some processed cheese on top.
  4. Place the baking dish in a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or till the cheese melts.
  5. Serve immediately.
