Celery Soup Chicken and noodle soup with predominant flavour of celery. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Jul 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Rice noodles, Celery Cuisine Fusion, , , , Course Soups Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Celery Soup 50 grams Rice noodles 1 stalk Celery to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic 1 small Onion finely chopped 100 grams Boneless chicken 4 cups Chicken stock 8-10 Button mushrooms finely chopped 1 tablespoon Soy sauce to taste Crushed black peppercorns Method Heat 2 cups water in a non-stick wok. Add salt and boil. Break noodles and add, boil for a minute. Strain the noodles and set aside. Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté for a minute. Add onion, stir and sauté on high heat for a minute. Add chicken, mix and sauté on high heat for 2 minutes. Add chopped celery and mix well. Add stock, stir to mix and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir. Add soy sauce and salt and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Reduce heat and add pepper powder and ginger. Roughly chop celery stalks and add. Switch off heat. Place noodles in individual soup bowl.
