Ingredients list for Cashewnut Butter Toast

  • 1/2 cup Broken cashewnuts
  • 8 Multigrain bread slices
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Method

  1. Roast cashewnuts in an air fryer at 120º C for 5-7 minutes or till lightly browned. Transfer into a bowl and cool down to room temperature.
  2. Toast 4 bread slices in the air fryer at 180º C for 4-5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining 4 slices.
  3. To make cashewnut butter, put cashewnuts in a grinder jar, add 2 tbsps water, vanilla essence and honey and grind to a smooth paste. Transfer into a bowl.
  4. Take the bread slices out of the air fryer, spread this cashewnut butter on them and halve them. Arrange the slices on a serving platter and serve immediately.
