Add sugar and cinnamon powder, stir and bring to a boil. Add sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds and cook till the liquid evaporates and leaves a syrup-like coating on the seeds, stirring continuously. Transfer the mixture onto a silicon sheet and separate the seeds with a fork. Set aside to cool for 15 minutes.
