Ingredients for Brownie Recipe

  • Chocolate chip biscuits crushed 1 cup

  • Digestive biscuits crushed 1/2 cup

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Fruit salt 2 tablespoons

  • Butter for greasing

  • Refined flour (maida)

Method

Step 1

Take the choco chip biscuits and marie biscuits in a bowl. Add half cup milk to it.

Step 2

Take remaining half in another bowl. Add fruit salt and mix well. Add this mixture to the biscuit mixture and mix well.

Step 3

Grease a non-stick pan with butter and maida. Pour the mixture into the pan, cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for twenty minutes.

Step 4

Remove the pan and allow it to cool.Serve.
