Ingredients list for Breakfast Juice

  • 1/2 Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi) medium
  • 2 medium Carrots peeled
  • 1/2 Green apples
  • 1/2 Red apple
  • 1 medium Orange
  • 1 small bunch Spinach cleaned and stems removed
  • 1 inch Ginger peeled
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • to taste Black salt (kala namak)

Method

  1. Roughly chop bottle gourd, carrots, green apple and red apple. Peel orange.
  2. Place the chopped vegetables, fruits, spinach leaves and ginger in a blender jar and blend well to extract the juices. Discard the solid mass.
  3. Add lemon juice and black salt to the juice and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately.
