By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mozzarella cheese, White bread slices Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Breakfast Bread Cheese Balls ½ cup Mozzarella cheese grated 4 White bread slices ½ cup Processed cheese grated 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped, 2 teaspoons + 1 teaspoon Green chilli finely chopped 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns ½ teaspoon Garlic finely chopped 5 teaspoons Onion finely chopped 2-3 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed to taste Salt to deep fry Oil 1 cup Bread crumbs Juice of 1 lemon 8-9 Cherry tomatoes halved a few Lettuce leaves 1 tablespoon Olive oil Method Put mozzarella cheese, processed cheese, 2 teaspoons coriander leaves, green chillies, crushed peppercorns, garlic and onion in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them into small balls and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Take bread slices in a bowl and add water to it. Soak them for a while and squeeze out the water and place in another bowl. Mash them. Add potatoes and mix well. Add 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, salt and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Divide the bread-potato mixture into equal portions. Make a dent in them and place the cheese balls in them. Shape them again into larger balls. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat the balls in it, dust off the excess and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Combine lemon juice, cherry tomatoes, some lettuce leaves, olive oil and salt in a bowl. Toss well. Place the lettuce salad on a serving dish. Halve the fried cheese balls and put them on the dish.
