Ingredients for Bhindi Aam Ki Katliyan Recipe

  • Ladyfiners cut into thin strips 200 grams

  • Raw Mango cut into thin strips 1

  • Oil 2-3 tablespoons

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Ginger finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Shallots chopped 1 cup

  • Red chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Dry mango powder (amchur) 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and sauté tillfragrant. Add shallots and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Add ladyfingers and mix well. Add raw mango and toss lightly. Add red chilli powder, dried mango powder and salt and mix well.

Step 3

Spread the ladyfingers in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
