Add 2 tbsps oil and dried coconut and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Dip the bananas in maida batter and slide them in hot oil. Deep fry, on medium heat, till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Transfer onto a serving plate. Sprinkle icing sugar and cocoa powder and serve hot.
