By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Whole Wheat Flour Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Baked Methi Puri 4 tablespoons Dried Fenugreek Leaves soaked in water 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder to taste Salt 4 tablespoons Oil Method Preheat an oven to 180°C. Put flour, dried fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt into a deep bowl. Add four tablespoons oil and sufficient water and knead into a stiff dough. Divide the dough into sixteen equal portions, shape into balls and roll out into three-inch diameter puris. Arrange the puris on a large greased baking tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen minutes or till golden brown. Cool and store in airtight containers.
