Quarter apples and remove core. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Grate apples with skin and add to the pan and saute for 4-5 minutes or till light brown.
Break vermicelli and add and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add reduced milk and mix and let the vermicelli cook.
Add sweet condensed milk and mix well. Add cardamom powder and almonds and mix well.
Add sugar and mix well.
Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
