Ingredients list for Apple And Carrot Sandwiches

  • 9 Bread slices
  • 2 large Apples grated
  • 7 tablespoons Cheese spread
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • 1 cup Carrot grated
  • 3 tablespoons Raisins chopped

Method

  1. To make the apple spread; in a bowl mix together apple, three tablespoons cheese spread, salt and white pepper powder. Set aside.
  2. To make the carrot spread; in a bowl mix together carrot, four tablespoons cheese spread, salt, white pepper powder and raisins. Set aside.
  3. Apply the apple spread on one bread slice, and apply carrot spread on another bread slice.
  4. Place it on the first slice and cover it with the third slice.
  5. Repeat it with the rest of the mixture to make sandwiches.
  6. Cut each sandwich into diagonals and serve with tomato ketchup.
